Aikido

Aikido is a Japanese martial art, concentrating on the principles of harmony with natural movement, posture, awarenes to timing and position in space, and serenity. Keeping these principles, allows to act and react by an aware choice, while keeping ourselves and our opponent from harm.

Training in Aikido improves posture, concentration, breathing, general mood, helps development of beneficial social skils, and more.

Students of all levels and ages are set to train together at the same group, allowing them to experience techniques at as many variations as possible, and "see what works". This also helps advanced students learn to take more responsibility, practice patience, and learn the techniques from more and more angles.

More benefits are improvement of concentration and coordination at people with what today is called "Learning disabilities".
