Integrated swedish massage
The treatment is a classic swedish massage, combined with some deep tissue treatment for a more efficient treatment of a specific area.
I belive most problems can be treated without hurting the patients beyond "Good Pain". The combining of classic swedish massage with a deeper local treatment for acute issues - allows me to give you both a more effective treatment while allowing you to relax, rest and enjoy.
Another advantage of this combination is that it is great as a diagnostic tool. Unlike a deep tissue massage which is more specific, the combined treatment includes most of the body, so we can test and recognize issues and get a more complete overview. In addition, since the deep tissue treatment is more limited, it allows us to test the reaction of the patient's body to it in a smaller scale and get more information for planning the continuation of the treatment. As said - choosing a combined swedish massage allows you to enjoy both worlds, but there is of course a cost - we will not achieve the same level of attention to acute problems or pains like in a dedicated deep tissue treatment, and also the experience is not entirely as relaxing as a classic swedish massage.
For these reasons this treatment is recommended as a first diagnostic treatment for someone who is planning a series of deep tissue treatments, or for those who need a deeper treatment in a limited area and want to enjoy the swedish massage.
