Vital movement for women

Observing our own body, during slow, relaxed movement, shall teach us which areas require strengthening, which need to be more flexible, etc.

And since we have listened - we execute: a series of exercises suited personally, simple, and effective, with a pleasant attitude towards ourselves, which will energize and levitate both spirit and vitality.

Exercises from this class you can perform at home every day, and come back to class for further learning and development.

The classes are based on Qui Ggong and Aikido techniques which I have collected over the years. Those are chosen to suit each student's current physical state, mood, tendency for strength / flexibility , age and goals of the student.

For the interested will be given emphasis and exercises for active and less active days of month.
