Swedish massage relieves  muscle pain, improves blood flow and lympatic system functioning. It is relaxing and soothing, as much as it is healthy.

On the physical aspect, it is designed to revitalize the body after a long period of immobility, by enriching the tissues with blood, helping the release of toxins and stress factors.

The atmosphere is designed to be soothing and pleasant, with aromatherapoitic scents and music, to help mind and body rest. 

The duration of the massage is 50 minutes to an hour and a half, and it can include foot, stomach and face massage according to your choice.
